Tehmi Grant Institute of Nursing Education (TGINE), commonly known as the nursing college of Ruby Hall Clinic, was established with the mission to “produce nurses of international repute” — combining strong academic training with high‑quality clinical exposure at a top multispecialty hospital. 

What makes the college notable:

• TGINE is physically located adjacent to Ruby Hall Clinic, giving students direct access to a large hospital with modern facilities — which is used for clinical training.  
• The institute has well‑equipped infrastructure: simulation laboratories, computer labs, internet facilities, a spacious library (with access to central hospital library), hostel facilities, and other student amenities.  
• Over the years, TGINE has expanded: from starting with diploma nursing, to offering degree and postgraduate nursing courses.
