About the College
- Mount Zion College of Nursing was started by Mount Zion Christian Educational Trust — a trust that began educational initiatives in the Pudukkottai district in 1988. The trust originally began with a school, later established engineering and other institutions — and founded MZCN in September 2009 to address demand for nursing education in the region.
- The college aims to deliver “high-quality nursing education” and to produce “professionally qualified & technically competent nurses” ready to serve in health care.
