About the College
IGSCON describes itself as a nursing‑education institution committed to training “professionally competent, ethically sound and distinguished” nurses for hospital and community care, nursing service, administration, and research.
Its mission is to provide comprehensive and progressive education that prepares students to deliver quality nursing services and to contribute to nursing research, aiming to uplift the status of the nursing profession in India and abroad.
The college campus (on the hospital grounds) features comprehensive infrastructure: lecture halls, laboratories (anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, microbiology, fundamentals of nursing, community health nursing labs), library (physical & digital), hostel, seminar hall/auditorium, transport facility, cafeterias/dining, and other amenities aimed at supporting both academic and residential needs.
