B.C.M. College of Nursing
Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh | Est. 1990
About the College
The college was founded by Northern Society of Sisters of the Holy Cross, and started as a School of Nursing in 1990.
Their stated mission emphasizes producing “competent professional nurses” able to work in clinical settings, and to bring quality nursing care with compassion and ethics.
The college is attached to a hospital — B.C.M. Hospital — which is a 190‑bed general hospital offering a wide range of services (medicine, ICU, surgery, paediatrics, obstetrics, emergency, NICU, OT, etc.). This provides clinical training and exposure for students.
In short: BCM aims to combine theory + practical hospital‑based training, grounded in a service‑oriented ethos with institutional support from a hospital and religious‑society background.
